Starting positions for all MSRL races are determined of an inversion of the points of the drivers that were
at the previous race, with the exception of the last feature race winner, who shall start last. Any driver that missed the
last race will start behind the last race winner. The only exception to this will be races that are considered combination
races with the Mid Coast or New Hampshire groups, with starting lineups determined by drawing numbers for positions.
